Our yoga therapy combines yogic practices of physical movement, pranayama (Breath work) and meditation with western knowledge of anatomy and physiology, to provide a wholistic approach to prevention, restoration and recovery.
We current offer specialised restorative workshops for those recovering from cancer, meditation options to deal with stress and anxiety, and private one on one consultation to deal with your specific condition.
- Sessions are delivered in 60 minute timeslots in group situations (group specific to illness or condition). Private consultations are also available if you prefer a more personalised approach
- Private and group sessions are provided on-site in our boutique studios by WildHeart owner and teacher, Jane Crosswell
