As a yoga teacher, I have the honour of guiding others on their path of self-discovery. And for me, that is one of the most intimate and beautiful experiences there is.”

Bonita has been teaching fitness classes since 2011 and she loves sharing her passion for mindful movement with people of all stages and walks of life. She strongly believes that in movement classes, as in life, a light heart and a smile make everything better, and looks forward to welcoming newcomers and experienced yogis alike.

Elif is a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner with mindfully designed classes delivering a transformative experience. Elif lovingly delivers classes tailored to individual experiences and needs including for chronic illness, cancer, and anxiety.

"I began practicing yoga as a teenager and was grateful to discover a relaxing and grounding practice that offered the opportunity to focus on the present moment. As an adult yoga is an anchor that enables me to use gentle movement to connect mind, body, and breath - creating space in daily life. I hope to offer accessible classes that provide others with some of these same benefits, with a focus on slower and more restorative classes."

I've found that to come home, and to heal, is the returning to our true and natural self. Awareness and Imagination practices offered me a way home to myself, amongst some really huge and challenging life happenings I have been able and am continuously able to heal and remember my home within. Because of awareness based practices, because of the ability to imagine! The benefits I have witnessed in myself and of others, through these awareness based practices and through imagining new ways to be, have drawn me to find and cultivate ways in which I can support others in their journey back home.
