A special 90-minute yoga class created to support women through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Hormonal changes can affect sleep, energy, mood, stress resilience and overall wellbeing. This nurturing practice is designed to help soothe the nervous system, ease tension and create space for rest during a season of significant change.
Hosted by Bonita, the class combines gentle menopause-informed yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and a deeply restorative guided meditation. The slower pace allows time to reconnect with your body, calm a busy mind and leave feeling grounded and replenished.
Suitable for all experience levels, including those new to yoga.
