A 4-week term structured return to movement after birth.
This is a small group Pilates series designed specifically for the postnatal phase. You’ll attend one class per week, every Thursday at 10:30am, over four consecutive weeks.
Each session builds progressively across the program, creating a clear and supported pathway back into strength, stability, and confident movement.
This is not a drop-in class. It is a guided program, with each week building on the last.
The focus is on core connection, breath, and controlled strength — not rushing, not pushing, and not trying to “bounce back”.
You’ll be supported to reconnect to your body in a way that feels steady, considered, and sustainable.
Babies under 12 months are welcome alongside you. The space is calm and supportive, with the understanding that this stage of life is not always predictable.
When: Thursdays, 10:30am (4th June to 28th June)
Cost: $110 for the term.
Spaces are limited; bookings essential. Our studio location in Sandy Bay is ideally located to service South Hobart and surrounds.
